Our Days to Healing
AmeriWound Affiliated Physicians Client Facilities Quality Assurance Results De-Identified Visits by Wound Type from 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024
Average days to healing rates were calculated in wounds in which true initial and healed visit dates could be identified. Wounds of patients that changed facilities, had a gap in treatment over 14 days, and those that were reclassified during their treatment were excluded from calculations of days to healing.
What Our Providers Say About Us
“It has been a pleasure to have worked for AmeriWound for the past two years. I joined the AmeriWound team with no formal wound care training or experience. I now feel confident managing a wide range of wounds thanks to the training they provided, the monthly journal club meetings, and the amazing wound care educators who have made themselves available to answer all of my questions. I would strongly recommend starting a career with AmeriWound.”
Dr. Lorne Freedman
Wound Care Physician“I’ve had an exceptional experience as a new hire at Ameriwound. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by the team. The onboarding process was seamless, well-organized, and thorough, making it easy to transition into my new role. The training staff was highly knowledgeable and provided clear, hands-on instruction. The company’s commitment to providing top-tier wound care to nursing home patients is evident in everything they do, and I am proud to be a part of such a dedicated group.”
Dr. John Adib
Wound Care Physician“…The revolutionary strides AmeriWound has taken since my involvement has been mined blowing i.e., significant advancements in physician didactics, EMR documentation, new nursing home contracts, and statistically significant skin impediment healing outcomes. AmeriWound continues to lead the future with inpatient nursing home wound/skin care, and I am proud, privilege and enthused to be a part of their journey.”
